Aged 16 months in a coconut rum barrel before adding honey, hazelnuts, almonds, coconut and Madagascar vanilla, in collaboration with Aslin Beer Company.

Slightly less gloopy and oily of adjunct residue than the non-BA bottle, appearance is also slightly blacker and glossier, though still headless.
The barrel makes a huge difference here, cleaning up the sweetness with tannin and mild char, though the coconut rum itself doesn't seem too terribly detectable. It perhaps amplifies vanillin, or confuses the two with the adjunct, but it's still pretty stinging and warm.
