Stellar Evolution is an experimental project with Haas Hops. It looks at the evolution of advanced hop products to maximize flavors in our DIPA, MC².
Stellar Evolution has bright aromas of citrus and pineapple along with flavors of assorted citrus, stone fruit, mango, pineapple, and a perfect mix of resinous hop character to bring you a more pronounced version of a favorite.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of grapefruit, orange, guava and caramel. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
