The Molecular Ring is extremely important in chemistry and biology and is responsible for binding the universe together. Its closed-loop structure is formed by molecular systems, which can include various elements all working in harmony.
Like the molecular ring, our newest DIPA takes complex ingredients and meshes them together just like the atoms in the ring. We start off with an Idaho7 whirlpool and a Citra, Strata, Krush (formally known as HBC586), and Enigma dry hop.
Crushed pineapple and lychee aromas lead to flavors of pithy citrus, mango guava smoothie dusted with crushed hops, and a welcomed dank earthiness with a hoppy bite and an escalating #EQJuice melon finish, crafting something greater than the sum of its parts.

Pours very hazy yellow color with a 2 finger thick bright white colored foamy head that dissipated very slowly and left really good lacing along the glass walls. Smells of lemon zest, tangerine, fresh cut grass, flowery hops, herbs, biscuit and coriander. Tastes like watered down pineapple juice and grapefruit, with herbs like mint, lemon zest, coriander, kiwi, Sour Patch Kids and tropical fruit. The feel is light and it fades on the dry side leaving peach flavors. The ABV snuck up on me but overall it was a good brew.

Can dated 9/11/24 into pint glass. Pours a hazy light gold with a thin, off-white head. Decent lacing. Initial impression is grapefruit rind, orange, lime, and a touch of dankness. Mouthfeel is medium - about right for aDIPA. Finish fades to a lingering citrus bitterness. Overall, a serviceable if not spectacular DIPA.
