We filled two barrels brown sugar rum barrels with the base and let it sit for 27 months before adding banana, caramel, Madagascar vanilla, cinnamon, and a touch of lactose.
Aromas of chocolate rum raisin banana milkshake, freshly baked brown sugar cookies, and caramel mudslides lead to decadent flavors of brownie batter, chocolate banana pudding, caramel dipped banana, and cinnamon dusted dulce leche with notes of caramelized brown sugar cream and boozy vanilla oak to give you the ultimate liquid dessert in each sip.

Barrel Aged Mailliard Reaction pours a black color, with a very small dark brown head. The aroma is very sweet, with lots of banana, cinnamon, and vanilla. The flavor is sweet, creamy, with banana notes, lots of cinnamon, and a hint of vanilla. Good thick feel. Overall, big rich, sweet stout, big cinnamon and banana notes.

Look - black and thick with a nice tan head and slightly sticky
Smell and taste - lots of Barrel along with chocolate and banana.
Feel - full body with a lighter carb
Overall - hides the 17% and bastically taste like a chocolate banana with some Barrel
