Using ASB’s recommendations on yeast and process tweaks for this style, we are so pleased with how this beer came out. Orbital Oasis starts off with a tweaked water profile, a new (to us) yeast, and a Citra, Strata, and Mosaic hop bill. Aromas of citrus zest and pine lead to crisp flavors of dried orange peel, apricot fruit snacks, and gentle mango papaya with a resinous piney grass and an incredibly drinkable finish.

Clear straw with a good white head but almost no carb. Sweet malty aroma and flavor with very little hop character. Balance leans way too sweet. Medium to light bodied and very thin for 8%. Not terrible but EQ failed on this one.
