Loomis, our Czech-style lager, features Weyermann floor-malted Bohemian pilsner malt and a step mash process before being kettle hopped with Saaz hops. Loomis is extremely crushable with a moderate bready maltiness, light floral spice, and a touch of hoppy bitterness before its dry finish.
