After a long boil using our Rho grain bill, we created a stout with a dense mouthfeel and a dialed back bitterness before conditioning on this new single origin bean. Dark in color with a stunning mocha cap, Single Origin Rho Vietnam Lotus offers deep flavors of chocolate fudge roast, mild butterscotch, and a hint of dark fruit and baking spice with a layered and an extremely luscious texture, void of any cloying sweetness, making each sip is more balanced than the last.
