We’re excited to welcome Mortalis and Tin Barn to the taproom. To help mark the event, we mashed up elements of Barn Science and Queen Athena Dreamscape to bring you Barn Science Dreamscape.
A creamy base makes way for loads of Citra, Citra Lupomax, Krush, Eclipse, and Nectaron. An explosive mango and passionfruit nose leads into a saturated tropical medley of guava, nectarine, and papaya, layered with bright tangerine, grapefruit pith, and a pop of stone fruit. Each sip is plush and pillowy, with a soft, smooth bitterness and an escalating brightness from our EQ Juice finish creating a true dreamscape of flavor.

Picked this up at ShopRite Liquors in Little Falls last month, as I never had this before. Love both of the breweries that had a hand in making this, and it was easy to see why once I took a sip of this!
Golden, translucent, and topped off with plenty of foam, this was what I experected it be in terms of appearance. Semblances of rings were left behind as the rocky foam was somewhat extensive. Stone fruit, subtle lime pithiness, and heavy-handed hops were in the aroma as the taste contained some citrus juice, underlying sweetness, and a ton of stone fruit that tied everything in together. A lively carbonation and hint of cream made the mouthfeel pop, as the plushness was in full force!
Moderately slick and balanced in body, this was just like my favorite offerings from both of these guys as this was so easy to enjoy. Dated 2/19 of this year, this aged well and was just a bit green in the back as the underlying darkness left me wanting more. While not a knockout, this was a solid offering that has me hoping that more collaborations between the two will be coming down the pike!

Hazy white grapefruit juice. Nice tropical and citrusy hop, aroma and flavor with light dank and piney notes; juicy. Good balance with light bitterness. Medium bodied and fairly smooth.
