A collision of color and lingering warmth of the sun captures our first collaboration with Jester King Brewery, Sunset Synthesis. Our fruited sour with pink guava and dragon fruit was inspired by some of our favorite expressions of fruited beers over the course of our craft beer journey, many coming from Jester King.

Sunset Synthesis is a vibrant fruited sour bursting with flavors of pink guava, dragon fruit, passion fruit, and a touch of muted pineapple and even hints of lime. With its balanced acidity and a lush tropical depth for complexity, this sunset-hued tropical refreshment is fruity and full of flavor, while still being extremely drinkable. Sunset Synthesis is devoid of any cloying sweetness and retains an approachable and thirst-quenching profile with a welcomed glow. It serves as a reminder of the synthesis that awaits us with the arrival of warmer days on the way.
