Bought one can at The Beer Temple.
This seems to be the second release, 4 years after its debut. And I don't know how much they changed the recipe or how much Lo Rez learned in the intervening 4 years, but Primary Element is a very good table beer. It pour enough foam to stay active for the meal, it has generous fruit yet allows the food's flavors to meld in my mouth.
Primary Element Looks normal for a saison, an ebullient head and pale body. Its Smells also are typically fruity for the style. But in the Tastes, Lo Rez shows mastery of the style because it is wonderfully sweet and light (letting the food do some work), but held in check with hops that do not bitter but rather make me salivate. All of which makes my common meal of pasta with a red sauce from a jar taste like I made something special. Primary Element cleanses my palate for another bite. I may have survived yet another mediocre meal, but I am celebrating by going to The Beer Temple to get a 4-pack of Primary Element.
10/25/22 Found another copy at The Beer Temple (and want to buy more, so I don't have these year-long intervals.) This release strikes me as even better, so I increase my Overall Hugs a tad. I've now had six saisons from Lo Rez and am tempted to start doing some side-by-sides to speculate about variations on the base saison.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
