The same amazing honey saison base in Biere de Miel but with a touch of lavender.

I'm liking Lo Rez. They are figuring out Belgians fast.
I bought this Biere de Miel from Beermiscuous, who I rely on to find me good local Belgians.
Lavender Looks only slightly above average; decent foam fades, but there still are a few protein swirls. Smells are mostly lavender initially; then they become mostly fruit with lavender. Tastes are well-balanced; a malty sweet beverage bolstered by honey; but tempered by gentle spicing of herbal lavender and a few hops. This is not easily done, but Lo Rez does it with ease. This Biere sat in my mouth with great delight and worked well with the food (pizza) to cleanse the palate for another bite. A very well made saison that passes the table test with ease.
Lo Rez' can artwork can be, let's say, sketchy (particularly Daemon's.) But this Biere de Miel is a can of different character. It has an Art Nouveau feel and has a very sweet little girl sampling spoonfuls of honey. As my 9th from Lo Rez, I clearly am derelict in not visiting them. 2021 or Bust !
