Sampled on tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy, golden color. Fruit forward on the nose and palate, with a touch of tartness to go along with the typical characteristics associated with the style (banana, clove, coriander). This also has an unmistakable umami character on the palate that is quite pleasant. The finish is crisp and dry, with very little aftertaste. Delicious, very drinkable, and highly recommended. This is a small-batch production, so get it while you can.
