Looking like a headless, fizzy glass of neon yellow-green Mountain Dew, I can't help but wonder, do they just throw pickle juice in the fermenter with some yeast?
This is insane. It stings the nose and even makes you twinge, but it tastes delicious. The spice really kind of comes a bit hardcore at times, burning out the nose, but it's otherwise full on garlicky dill pickle juice, thin but effervescent.
