We aged this blend of Barrel Aged Stouts for 22 months in Widow Jane 15 year bourbon barrels and Templeton Rye 10 year whiskey barrels. Then we added freshly roasted hazelnuts, Ghana cacao nibs, and a custom blend of Brazilian and Mexican coffee roasted by Pammel Park.

2024 can pour is used motor oil thiccc, there are signs of carbonation, but no actual head develops. Nose is a bit acrid, but also get roast/barrel notes. Flavors are overwhelmed by a pointed bitter barrel/roast note. Finish is longer than expected for a 12% BA pastry stout.
