12oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. No visible date.
Clear dark gold, small persistent head. Smell is grassy, lemon and bright.
Taste is similar, but more o n the vegetable bitter side.
Mouthfeel is very light and clean. Nice beer.

The 12 oz can says "Elizabeth & Chuck's" in case anyone wonders. Purchased at Elizabeth Station, appropriately enough.
Pours a clear bright amber with plenty of foam in the Belle-Vue Gueuze glass. Quite aromatic with apple, parsley, and dark herbs. Spicy and tangy with lots of pillowy carbonation. Quite resiny taste and rather malty, even winey with a substantial body. Some green flavors in the finish, like fresh hops. Overall this is a pleasant and highly flavored brew, more robust than a lot of Pilsner stylings.
