Labatt Blue Light was introduced in 1983 as a lower-alcohol, lower-calorie version of Canada’s most popular brand. Blue Light uses specially selected North American aromatic hops and the same strain of lager yeast as the one used to produce Labatt Blue. The result is a crisp, clean and delicately balanced beer, with a slight sweetness and citrus-like hop character.

It's ok....i mean its a light beer, but realistically i feel like they could've done better with the taste.
First taste is a light flavor...scratch that, a HINT of beer flavor, then its just practically water. But hey, try the actual labatt beer.

At a Wings game today from a tallboy. I won't say how much I paid. Surprisingly good. Wheat and citrus lead the way. Soft sort of fluffy mouth feel. More flavor than most light lagers. Might have chased me off Miller Lite. Recommend.

Poured from a 340mL bottle into a New Glarus tall pilsner glass. Pours straw gold with some nice chill haze to it and almost two fingers of fluffy white foam head. Not a whole lot to the nose honestly. Little bit of grain. Slightly musty. Taste is a little brighter with hints of lemon and white bread. It’s very easy drinking even if it’s not all that flavorful or aromatic. Medium-full mouthfeel. A little lower carbonation than expected. Overall, not bad. There are other light beers I would rather have but this hits the spot. Easy enough drinking to have two or three in a row.

Basically Michelob Ultra but with that metallic taste added to it
Even with my method of adding citrus fruits to it, I still didn't have a great time finishing off the "tallboy" that I bought, probably won't buy it again

Gift from a friend .
(Thanks, Dennis .....I think? ;) )
Clear light gold, with ~3/8" quickly-dissipating white head.
Smell is light sweet grain, with the barest hint of fresh-cooked corn, and a floral aroma. (So.. they DID drag a hop or two through this. ;) ) Nothing unpleasant, just not much of it there.
Taste is bread crust, with a hint of sweet corn near finish. A faint sourdough, or rye tang after finish. Again, nothing off-putting, just not much to it.
Feel is light, with moderate , sharp carbonation bite.
Overall, an innocuous brew, that's meant to be pounded, not savored. Don't think about it, just drink it. Not any thing I'd seek out, but if it were the only option, I could go with it.

Only a matter of time until I picked one of these up. Innocuous, largely inoffensive, and utterly unmemorable lite lager. Drink this ice cold and quickly.

Overall one of the worst beers I've had. Maybe just a bad batch?

12 oz can poured into a fancy wine glass (just for fun). This is a fairly inoffensive AAL with a grainy malt flavor. No hops really. A bit of corn syrup sweetness. Not terrible, but it WAS improved after adding in maraschino cherry juicy to turn it into a cherry lager. All in all, we had a bit of fun with this one.

Watery, least flavour/feel of light American beers I’ve had, for sure.

Tastes like beer watered down. Still, it is refreshing when you're thirsty. If you have a touchy stomach like I do, it's a good choice. That is , if price is an issue.

12oz can
On a hard pour 2 fingers of head that dissipates as son as it goes above the rim of my glass. The head itself dissipates to a surprisingly clingy ring around the glass that actually leaves some lacing, although over a couple minutes it dissapears.. Body is a clear, light golden yellow.
Aroma is basically just cheap beer, there's that industrial lager funk going on that implies dryness, but not much else.
Flavor is similar to the aroma, but I actually get some malt. Again not a lot going on, but I guess there is some citrus from the hops like regular blue.
For a light beer the feel is fine but not great. The finish is verging on long, with a mouth coating, seemingly dry maltiness.
Overall not a "bad" cheaper light beer, certainly better than coors light, but not all that amazing.

The lightest, crispest, and most inoffensive cheap beer option.
