Pours a deep black as expected. Little to no head that recedes very quickly.
Smells like chocolate milk. Exactly like nesquick chocolate mix.
Taste is very espresso right up front, a nutty flavor profile is introduced in the mid along with a strong milk chocolate over taking. Coming out of the mid is a woody flavor profile from the barrel aging and a light bourbony taste in the finish. Leaves no lacing l.

Can. Tan head that fades. Dark brown black color.
A fair amount of barrels and a lot of pastry. Cinnamon shows a lot. And then macadamia and vanilla. Fudge and chocolate cake. Sweet, but not syrupy thick.

Like a whisky accented Mexican custard in a glass, Untitled Art embraces the stretchy pants and the threat of cold weather head on with an imperial barrel aged stout that's as warming to the spirits as it is to the palate.
Barrel Aged Mexican Style Pot de Creme Stout hits the glass with a strong tawny appearance of very dark brown, mahogany and black through the depths of its center. Building an initial heady froth that settles to an espresso creme, those coffee-like notes continue in its sultry, cocoa, roasty, toasty, caramelized and creamy scent. With the sweetness glossing the palate, early impression of sorghum, brown sugar, chocolate, cream, praline and candied nuttiness lead the way.
With the flavors of bourbon rising on the middle palate, the sweetness warps around the boozy warmth with impressions of port and sherry that provided an oxidized and savory flavor. Hints of dark fruit arise as the sweetness slowly fades and in anticipation of the oaken nuttiness, vanilla, caramel and sugary bourbon flavors to finish.
Full bodied, warming and soothing to the palate, the beer never approaches cloying as the session is velvety, spicy and complex. A long and savory aftertaste laces with cinnamon, cocoa and whisky spice.
