A - Pours pitch black with a thin tan head. No real lacing.

S - Aroma is cinnamon, vanilla and dark chocolate.

T - The taste is cinnamon, black coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla, light nuttiness and some nice whiskey heat in the finish.

M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a crisp finish.

O - Decent barrel aged stout. I wish there was little more body on this.

Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours black as night with a thin layer of quickly dissipating light brown head. The nose is crazy. Cinnamon, vanilla ice cream, cake batter, chocolate, macadamia nuts.

The taste is very pastry! The milk sugar is evident. The cinnamon comes through nicely. It's actually giving off cinnamon roll vibes. Chocolate ice cream (milk shake), nuts, brownies, vanilla, brown sugar, and a bit of bourbon. It feels like the barrel aging was light. The lack of roasted malts indicates that the adjuncts have completed dominated. A good one for pumping up the blood sugar!

Mouthfeel is pretty thick and creamy, and the aftertaste is chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla.

16oz can from Tavour. Near black pour, brown bubbly head fades to flat. Aroma is chocolate and Cinnamon. Taste is sweet, chocolate, cinnamon. Booziness arrives late, with some warmth down the gullet. Lingering sweetness and cinnamon. Slippery feel

So complex. Barrel aged goodness is there but the cocoa, milk chocolate, nuttiness, vanilla and cinnamon make it shine more. Canned October 10th 2022 though the bottom of the can says born on. Super creamy mouthfeel.
I'm probably glad that I didn't get a fresh sample.

tasty, huge, thick, desserty, modern, fun for the holidays but another small doses stout from these guys, good barrel character throughout including the char, some whiskey heat, and some honey and vanilla richness from the whiskey. this is fine base beer i suppose, but its almost hard to tell, at this is totally adjunct driven, lots of players too, cinnamon, chocolate, macadamia nuts, lactose, vanilla, its all happening, definitely a bold one. black and near still, motor oil in the glass. this is a collaboration with 3 sons, who i have not had a beer from before. chocolate is big in nose and taste and just behind it some fig and raisin in the malt, lots of layers and heft to this, fudge, nibs, bitter baking cocoa, all of it. light smoke too, which brings up the whiskey character in aroma and flavor too, a hint of coconut, some oily slickness from the macadamia nuts but i dont get a ton of flavor from them, some tropical character i guess all things considered, but its not a driver of this, not with all the vanilla, chocolate, and finishing cinnamon, which all pop inhere. the cinnamon is cozy, also accentuates the whiskey and wood, and with the alcohol bursting forth, this is pretty intense overall. the lactose is unnecessary, even targeting this dessert its too much, and this ends up sweeter than any reasonable human could tolerate much of, which is a shame for me because the taste is awesome. its a cool project, and i appreciate getting access to some of the more exotic beers these guys make, but this is on the edge of way too much. the pastry beer folks will gush for this, but for me its venturing into novelty range. more from the nuts would be neat, less body and leftover sugar, less alcohol heat, and probably cut the milk sugar all together if it were up to me...

Untitled Art usually kills the pastry-stout game and this one is no exception. Jet-black pour with minimal khaki head; the adjuncts all hit their mark with authenticity and complexity without being disjointed or distracting. The macadamia nut borders on coconut, there are some nice complementary spices, lots of cocoa and chocolate and vanilla. Viscous body, not overly sweet, full mouthfeel. Very nice.
