Pours oil black no light being they this baby. Small tan head dissappears very quickly.
Aroma is is rich thick roasted malt, loads of chocolate and vanilla swirl around. Underneath the sweetness barrel notes, alcohol spiciness underneath.
Taste is big chewy roasted malts, heavy on the chocolate, vanilla lighter coffee hints, oak, touch of the 15.7% but just to let you know it's there hiding.
Mouthfeel is full big smooth and chewy.
Overall a nice blast from the past, the way God intended just a big ass stout no adjuncts.
