Emerald Horizons Fresh Hop Saison
The horizon is always green this time of the year with hops being harvested every week. This tart saison is loaded with fresh Strata hops from Crosby Farms. Look for layers of fresh, green hops including notes of strawberry, stone fruit and sour green candy.

16oz can served in a curvy pint glass. "Canned fall 2025"
Pours fairly clear honey gold, small head on the pour but a non-trivial quantity of carbonation at rest. Smell is very tart, lemon and sweet-tart, maybe some green grape skin.
Taste is green apple tartness (but not the Jolly Rancher variety, more like legit Granny Smith). Moderate sweetness attempts to counteract, but maybe not as strong as the oaky / woody bitterness. Very tart.
Mouthfeel is dry and smooth. Overall...it's a tasty beer, but not very saison-funky and not very fresh hoppy.
