16 oz. can. Lightly hazy pale orange. Smells of standard American sauson yeast. Plastic and cobweb funk. A little bit of bright fruitiness. Tastes much the same. Yeast lends a little earth and spice. Fruity sweetness. Dry back end. It tastes like the same saison every new brewery makes.

Poured on draft at the brewery.
Pours a hazy golden straw color with a half finger of white head. The head leaves minimal lacing before settling into a thin ring.
The aroma is full of lemon zest, tangerines, grapefruit, and grass. Just a hint of funk.
The taste is all citrus with some floral hops. On the sweeter side. Tastes more like a wit than a Saison.
The feel is light bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth and dry, yet not nearly as crisp as it should be for the style. A bit watery.
Overall, an OK beer but one that very loosely falls under the umbrella of "farmhouse ale". Not bad but not really worth your time.
