L - Massive head; clear pale through cider-like color tone to this. Foam lasts minutes. (From a can)
S - Glorious ciderhouse cinnamon/clove notes on the nose; some ripe pear as well.
T - More of the aromas, apple-cider-pear-clove, but with a layered depth that keeps lasering through. Not much funk, my only minor knock (not supposed to be a Gueuze but I like a little "weird" in my saison). Incredibly clean beer, well brewed, you can almost sense how clean the operation is in Frisco, just from this beer. A winner.
F - No complaints, wonderful zest and carb on this, without being overblown. Great feel; lingers on the palate, as it warms, the spices emerge more to the point of a nearly apple pie level. Lovely.
O - One of the best beers I've had from ORB; and right up there with the "big boys" of saisons!

Very pale yellow body; translucent; lively effervescence, carbonation creates a mildly cloudy appearance to the body; thick, lasting, spongy white head. Sweet lemony citrus riding atop a mild sense of barnyard funk; bubble gum. A power-packed yet delicate taste; light biscuit and cracker malt with a deft touch of lime and lemon grass; flower petals; the finish brings about a stupendous bitterness. Medium-light body; crisp and delicate; relatively dry mouthfeel overall.
This has to be one of the most complex yet refined beers I've had in a long time. For a saison, the beer is truly amazing! At every sensory level, this beauty delivers the goods. Highly recommended!
