Aroma is German malts/lager yeast, mild fruit sweetness and a hint of noble hops. The flavor is fruit sweetness/slight citrus, German malts and a dry/bitter noble hop finish.

Thanks, Nick!
Was lucky enough to get this beer and a bunch of others from Nick on a recent work trip to Colorado Springs, Colorado. Untappd description had it with tasting notes of graham cracker and hints of honey. Interesting.
Poured a medium yellow clear color with three fingers of rocky-to-frothy white head. Plenty of bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass and from the bottom of the glass. Excellent foamy lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled lemon zest, earthy malt, oak, graham cracker, Wheat Thins, caramel, honey and some lingering spice. Just as good from the can. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted about as good as the nose. In order got pear, apple, lemon, earthy malt, oak, graham cracker, honey, caramel, Wheat Thins and lingering spice. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Oily texture. Lively carbonation. Abrupt, earthy finish. (Feel - 4.25)
I was back and forth on most categories but this was really good. Glad I got to try it. (Overall - 4.25)

Clear, light gold body; moderate carbonation; thick and frothy head, white and sticky to the glass. Very pleasing nose; light, soft malt scent with a light to moderate touch of spiciness. The taste is likewise light and subdued yet definitely pleasing; gentle malt sweetness with a moderate hop presence; light bitterness yet sporting a very enjoyable light spiciness; clean. Light body; crisp and gentle on the palate; just enough residual sugar to add softness; semi-dry finish.
This beer delivers some wonderfully subtle and satisfying touches to the palate. It's light and refreshing with just the right amount of hop bitterness and spiciness to liven things up.
Poured at 43 °F; no canning date seen.
