Thanks, Nick!
Was lucky enough to get a can of this and a barrel-aged beer from Nick after randomly meeting him in Dallas for a work trip. Mentioned hops were Citra and El Dorado.
Poured a bright light golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of white frothy head. Could see just a few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Almost perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.50)
Smelled pretty damn good right from the beginning. Got a nice mix of the Citra and El Dorado. Specifically grapefruit, pineapple, mandarin orange, papaya, lemon, citrus zest and light herbal. Just as good from the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Taste was just a step behind the nose. In order got Citra, El Dorado, melon, pineapple, grapefruit, mandarin orange, papaya, lemon, citrus zest, and hints of herbal and menthol. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average-to-soft carbonation. Citrusy finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Just another solid offering from Outer Range. I wouldn’t expect anything less. (Overall - 4.25)
