My 5th 3 ounce sample at the Kenosha 5k Border War Beer Fest.
A "citrus Radler" slugged by the brewer holds true, some orange some grapefruit and only 12 IBU. Refreshing nicely balanced tart and sweet.

So I am curious about the Explorium and I go on their website and they are in a suburban mall southwest of BrewTown. OK. Out of the box thinking to smother a brewery among the big boxes. But then, some of the family like to shop and others like to drink and eat and this is a venue to bring the family together. The exploring has an OK, if not unimaginative menu. Fresh beer, made, I presume, to style. And everyone goes home happy.
