A: Pours a clear pale yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint pale golden yellow + lemon yellow colored highlights. The beer has a four finger tall pillowy dense sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a medium to large sized patch of very slightly mottled medium thick film covering a little more than 70% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of bready + cereal grain + biscuit malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of citrus/grapefruit peel + citrus/orange + citrus/orange zest + floral/orange blossom + spicy hops. Hints of lager + kviek yeast.
T: Upfront there are slightly heavier than moderate flavors of bready + cereal grain + biscuit malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by very light flavors of lager + kviek yeast. Finally there are light flavors of citrus/grapefruit peel + citrus/orange + citrus/orange zest + floral/orange blossom + spicy hops which impart a slightly heavier than light amounts of bitterness which slowly fades away leaving a relatively clean finish.
M: Slightly heavier than light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly crisp + clean refreshing mouthfeel. Enjoyable and I could easily have a couple of these sitting out in the yard watching the kids in the kiddie pool - perfectly refreshing on a very warm, very humid day.
