A: Pours a very lightly hazy pale yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow + straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense soapy sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a handful of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of pale + wheat + rice + corn malts with a light amount of corn adjunct sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of slightly peppery/spicy saison yeast along with a light aroma of Belgian yeast. Light aromas of citrus/lemon + herbal hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of pale + wheat + rice + corn malts with a light amount of corn adjunct sweetness. That is followed by slightly lighter than moderate flavors of slightly peppery/spicy saison yeast along with a light flavor of Belgian yeast. Finally there are light flavors of citrus/lemon + herbal hops which impart a very light amount of bitterness which fades pretty quickly leaving a lingering yeastiness.
M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp upfront with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshingly light + crisp + slightly dry mouthfeel. This beer is all about the flavors and aromas of the yeasts with a lighter amount of rice + corn adjuncts contributing a little flavor and some sweetness. Very easy to drink and great for the hot summer weather.
