Cellared a year. Pitch black body with a light brown head. Smells of dark fruit and caramel forward bourbon barrel. Taste defines the fruits with plum and raisin standing out, vanillins and dark oak emerge out of the booze, molasses, and caramel barrel, sweeter. Smooth and heavy, easy to drink though, warm with some residual tannins as it warms
