Opaque black body, tan collar. Barrel character all over the aroma bouquet, with emphasis on the oak, caramel, and raisin. Taste showcases the toasty barrels yet again, more rugged and roasty than expected, but this is a welcomed accompaniment to the molasses and dark fruit center, with dark chocolate, minor vanillins and a hint of earthy spice. Feel is warm, chewy, large but not too thick or wet.

Bottle pour into a taster glass.
Dark brown to black, very limited to no head.
Complex bourbon notes upfront and throughout, barrel, nuts, caramel. Moderate mouthfeel. Very nice!
