Tart, fruity, cloudy, complex (NOT sweet). Wheat malt and our house saison yeast fermented with a half-ton of nectarines… Effervescent dry finish.

Bomber from New Earth Market. Pale golden, small ring of head. Aroma is yeast and stone fruit. Taste offers mild tartness, light funk, gentle fruity flavors. Pretty subdued, drinkable, right mix of funk and fruit.

Really easy drinking saison. It smells like a saison but has a much more mellowed taste probably from the nectarines. Description is dry finish and complex; a fitting description.
