We took our Salted Peanut Butter Cup Porter, Clusternutter, amped it up, and aged it in bourbon barrels with pure vanilla AND THEN hit it with raspberry puree and marshmallow. Hail to the king, baby…but remember, the Queen bows to none.

2023 vintage; consumed on 7/3/2023
Pours a murky dishwater-brown body and settles to a darker, off-black hue; a finger and a half of taut, off-beige foam fades steadily to a spotty cap, lush, creamy collar, and steady walling of webby lacing caked around the glass.
Aroma opens to pangs of fresh red raspberry jam and chunky peanut butter subtext; edges of peanut dust ease to a PB&J culmination, while cocoa accents and minimal-no barrel roast fade to airy vanilla laden with subtle oakiness and a jammy twang lingers.
Taste offers hints of red raspberry upfront, with creamy peanut butter underlying as an oaky prickle meets cocoa over the mid-palate; a tinge of vague vanilla touches the back end while twangy jam lingers over tones of peanut dust through the finish.
Mouthfeel brings a lighter body and a moderate fluff of carbonation, steadily drying to a subtle twang over the mid-palate and soon overtaken by a wispy char and lighter, thinning texture on the back end.
Gimmicky essence executed competently despite a more tepid barrel profile, delivering a lighthearted PB&J coating over a soft, roasty porter base.
