They obviously put a lot of effort into this beer. The result is an pretty outstanding IPA if you like NZ hops, low bitterness, and a hazy IPA that contains most of the wort. If not, then there is nothing to see here!

S: The aromas offer a range of tropical fruit with traces of citrus and stone fruit. The aroma is not grassy or herbaceous. Clean neutral malt aromas are in the background and the fermentation character is neutral.
L: It drops gold with a moderate haze under a 3” rocky white cap with good retention.
T: It starts with big fruit flavors and then brings in a moderate bitterness that persists through the long tail.
F: medium body, mild alcohol warming not hot, medium carbonation no acidic twang
O: This is a full-flavored beer that you can drink all evening

Got this and a whole bunch of other goodies from Sam. Had never heard of BlackStack Brewing, but this beer sounded interesting. Can description read, “Get your daily dose of this IPA that’s been dosed with just enough of some of our favorite varietals to keep the juices flowing: Citra, Sabro, Mosaic, Strata, Azacca, Cashmere and Idaho 7. Expand your horizons. Open your mind. Put this in your mouth.” That’s a lot of dam hops, but a lot of good ones (and Idaho 7).
Poured a golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Lots of bubbles coming up from the sides of the glass at fast speeds. Almost perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. Almost perfect retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled Sabro, mango, passion fruit, fruit punch, strawberry, grapefruit, pineapple, berries, Mosaic, bubblegum, Citra and I think Strata. Was loving the smell. Just as good out of the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Taste followed the nose for the most part. Couldn’t believe how much tropical juice there was in this. In order got Sabro, fruit punch, passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, strawberry, mango, Citra, Mosaic, berries, bubblegum and peach. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Long, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.50)
Wow. Really liked this one. Tons of tropical juice. Excellent. (Overall - 4.25)

Pours hazy sunset color with a white head.Tropical nose with pineapple and citrus. Taste has floral citrus hops with dosses of papaya and mango. Soft mouth feel yields a nice tasting IPA.

On tap. White head. Lace. Burnt sunset orange. Hazy.
A very balanced NE ipa. Juicy and tropical. Lots of orange and mango. Papaya. Soft, but has some earthy hops going on. Kind of has that BS yogurt flavor vibe going on that I like.
Another staple in the BS line up.
