This beer is excellent. Berliner with mango, peach, pineapple, and passionfruit. It’s sounds new school. And it is. But it’s distinctly complex and a drinking beer. Not a sugary sweet fruit shake labelled “Berliner.” There is lactose. What role does it play here? I’m not sure. The natural stone and tropical fruit flavors complement the high level of lactic acid, keeping the style in tact, whatever that means. Mid palate the focus shifts to a
soft mix plastic and barnyard summer Brett. This beer is devoid of sweetness and the finish dries out wonderfully.

On tap. Yellow color. Not clear, not cloudy.

Mango, peach, pineapple for days. All the stone fruit. Tart, but not mouth puckering. Easy drinking and full of flavor. Tropical fruit punch.

Can.. Still juicy, but a bit more tart and citrusy. Very tropical.
