Our big homie Yakima Chief Hops plugged us with the freshness in the form of their new Bio-T Cryo Blend. As you may know, we like our dry hop additions to make sexy times with our yeast, and this blend was formulated specifically with that in mind. That new new Bio-T along with healthy portions of our Hand-Selected Citra & Mosaic for maximum juice extraction. Hit the link in bio for that good good.

16oz can from Tavour. Very pale yellow, small fine head, settles out to thin ring. Orange, tangerine, light citrusy aromas. Taste brings more citrus flavors, light tropical notes, hint of floral. Finishes with citrus peel bitterness.

Poured a cloudy yellow-gold body with decent head and lace ring down glass. Tangy, piney, dirty earth hop aroma. Fuller bodied almost sticky with a sharp, acidic-like sweetness like pink grapefruit, tangerine and even pineapple along with notes of tropical fruit and a slightly dry, not really bitter finish that mostly hides ABV and a nice, dense sipper.

16oz can served in a big snifter. No date that I can find. I think it was date from @mr-jj.
Pours a hazy white with a small ring of head and a pretty substantial amount of carbonation. Smell is citrus, leaning toward grapefruit and lemon, some resin.
Taste is actually a lot of grapefruit and lemon juice -- kind of tart in that way, with a very slow bitter resinous finish and a lingering alcohol sweetness. This is boozy, but in an interesting way that balances somewhat with the resin bitterness. After a little bit, the orange flavor comes out a little bit, too.
Mouthfeel is thick and sticky. Overall, nice beer.

Can. Hazy orange juice color. White head with lace.
Straight up adult orange juice. Mango and pineapple. Soft. Abv isn’t really showing. Soft and juicy. Wow. Another blackstack banger.

Poured from 16oz tall can into a tulip. No packaging date.
Appearance: light yellow hue with a turbid haze and a thin layer of creamy ivory foam atop. Looking good.
Smell: hop aroma is lightly fruity and a little bit herbal. The overall effect is juicy, but I think the volume could be turned up a little bit.
Taste: juicy, with more of a tropical character than was present in the aroma. There's some guava notes, and a bit of pineapple, and perhaps a bit of orange as well. It's a good combination, although there's a little bit of sharpness here that could be rounded-out a bit.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I like this beer, but I feel like there are a few tweaks which could easily make it better.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy whitish yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high white head that died down, leaving lots of specks of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of pineapples are present in the nose along with notes of gooseberries.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a blend of flavors of pineapples and gooseberries.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer does a very good job at masking any traces of alcohol from the taste.
Serving type: can

Now THIS is a f'kn BLACKSTACK IPA.
As oppose to some weaker IPAs from them lately, such as "thread count" and "promise ring", THIS is back in the saddle alongside behemoths such as "2 ON", "WAVY", and "LOUD PACK".
Pours surprisingly bright for the smell. Smells like heaven, like you just want to EAT the beer. That undeniable BLACKSTACK STANK is right in there. Delectable. The taste is very pure -- COULD be a little more complex, I suppose, but it more than makes up for that in PURITY. Mosaic and Citra, I believe. Very pure HAZY IPA. What it may minorly lack in complexity, it more than makes up for in PURITY, TIMELESSNESS, and CRUSHABILITY. 9%? Nobody would be the wiser if they'd said 8. The FEELS are on point too. This one seems to perhaps be inspired by their recent collaboration with The Brewing Projekt, in that it has that food-like quality of thickness, but that element is more tamed than it is with TBP. More balanced. And I absolutely adore TBP. But Blackstack just nailed it here. So pure. Very VERY sacred nectar.
