Got another great haul from Sam. A tweet from BlackStack described this as “Our Foeder-Fermented Mixed Culture Berliner Base conditioned on gobs of Dragon Fruit, Pineapple & Guava with a bit of Milk Sugar to round things out.”
Poured a dark pink murky color with one finger of gray fizzy lacing. Just a few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Excellent pulpy lacing. Average retention. (Sight - 3.75)
Smelled dragon fruit, guava, pineapple, mango, raspberry, mixed berry and strawberry milk. More pineapple than anything else from the can. (Smell - 4.50)
Tasted about the same as the can, maybe not quite as good. Got dragon fruit, pineapple, guava, mango, raspberry, mixed berry, Fruit Loop cereal milk, fruity pulp and raspberry sorbet. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, pulpy finish. (Feel - 4.50)
Such a great beer. Wow. Would like some more of these KBP beers. (Overall - 4.50)
