City Folks Just Don't Get It. We got together with our buds at Lift Bridge Brewing Company to brew a riff on their OG Minnesota Tapline Staple, FARM GIRL, & sent it out to pasture with our House Culture in one of our American Oak Foeders.

Thanks to Jeff for this one. 16oz. can into a Founders snifter.
Pours a dark goldenrod. Very little head and no lace. Nose contains hints of diaceytl. Buttery, slight funk, Lemon zest and peppercorns as well. Pretty mellow. Beer opens with some slight butteriness. Lemon zest, peppercorn, and some floral notes up front. A champagne tartness in the middle.White grape must towards the end. Zesty. Crisp, clean, watery finish. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly on the palate and goes down clean, refreshing. Very drinkable.
Not bad. Superdrinkable.
