Foggy amber to brown under a dense khaki to tan blanket.
Also a little leafy like the Oktoberfest I had before it, it diverges with a more herbal, sharp bitterness (duh!), but all in good balance.
Again Two Monks has produced a beer with a fine yet firm carbonation that creates a very wonderful mouthfeel, while the finish comes to a nice dryness that exhales roasted apple.
