This is a case of I want to like the brewery, but the one brew is only average.
I don't expect much from Session AIPAs as they usually are one-and-done for me .... forever.
Noon Whistle could benefit from juicier hops, less bitter for my palate. Good effort, though.
But, I do like the brewery. A family venture creating a gathering, eating and drinking place for a small community. Each should have one and I hope they do. Maybe we should think of micro-pubs as replacing the Mom 'n Pop diner with the dimension of better beverages. Good luck to Sister Lakes.
