Cloudy with a white-gold color. Modest head that settles to rim bubbles.
I get a soured tangerine nose. No sweetness but also a little earthy. Later smells draw out a funky, almost like fresh, raw chicken. I certainly can't explain it.
Light sweet-tart start and then it becomes only sour. Moderate body and carbonation. I get the Saison "spices" in the swallow. Shorter aftertaste.
