Collaboration with Outer Range Brewing Co.
Dry hopped w/French Mistral hops. Brewed from the second runnings of our DIPA (Mohawk Moment) and can conditioned with our Farmhouse yeast. Why? We’re excited to share this process with ya’ll for the first time - it carbonates the beer naturally inside the can for a nice spritzy carbonation and to scrub oxygen. Super low gravity, crushable, crisp & zippy.

A: Pours a lightly hazy pale straw yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and a moderate amount of pale yellow + pale lemon yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense fizzy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a medium sized patch of thick film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of wheat + pale malts with a very light amount of grainy sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of slightly spicy saison yeast. Light aromas of citrus/kumquat + citrus/orange zest + floral hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of wheat + pale malts with a very light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate flavors of slightly spicy saison yeast. Finally there is a light flavor of citrus/kumquat + citrus/orange zest + floral hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers for a moderate amount of time.
M: Light bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol (though this beer has a very low ABV) and a very light + refreshing mouthfeel. Enjoyable with the use of a new hop that I’m not too familiar with but very enjoyable. I could easily have a handful of these.
