Juicy East Coast-style IPA, with impeccable timing and mouthfeel, thanks to a malt bill featuring two-row, wheat and oats, and a fruity yeast character complemented primarily by Citra, with El Dorado and Mandarina Bavaria hops.

On tap at Bruery.
Finally, we have arrived. No more mincing of words, or styles. The Bruery is delivering IPA's.
Pours a golden hued orange. Moderately hazy. Fluffy white foam rises 2 fingers or so high and then retreats to a milky ring that leaves lite to moderate lacing. Smell is, well..., juicy. Citrusy, a tad earthy and piney, but juicy citrus overall.
Flavor comes through with the juicy citrus in the form of orange zest, a bit of grapefruit pithiness, and hints of peach and mango. Finishes with a hint of lemon. Malt plays along too.
Mouthfeel is really nice. Medium body for style, but has a nice creaminess. Carbonation stays along nicely.
Overall, the nose is just a tad more cohesive than the flavor. But I love this one.
