This is the double dry hopped Mosaic ipa. Comes out hazy thick, 1/2" white head with good retention though. Oh yeah, yellow in color if I didn't mention that yet. Aroma is dank Mosaic hops. Straightforward.
Taste presents fruity without much bitterness, plenty of passion fruit and mango to this one. It packs a lot of flavor into this one. Its aggressive, but still just over 7%. The dankness of the Mosaic lingers hard, this doesn't finish dry, it envelopes your mouth and crushes it with Mosaic. Like, whereas the great Founders Mosaic Promise goes for more of a light bodied Mosaic approach, this amps that up. Both are good for what they are. Tell you what, this one would be a lot cooler if it was $1 a can and at my supermarket instead of the way its done. Glad to have tried it.
