Solid DIPA. Pours a hazy light straw yellow with a billowy white head on heavy pour. Nose of tropical fruit, citrus and sweet malt. Taste follows nose. Tropical fruits. Mango, pineapple and light melon with citrus peel on a seeet malt base. Very drinkable. Smooth somewhat creamy body.

This is a very good DIPA. Pours like a New England style IPA - completely opaque/cloudy light gold. Moderate head retention. Aroma is fresh tropical fruits, pineapple, citrus. Taste is also citrus and tropical fruits. Feel is medium bodied leaning toward the heavier side with medium carbonation. Overall, I could definitely drink this again.

Received this as an extra in a trade.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a super hazy/murky dark golden hue with a thin half finger white head that fades quickly to leave a thin halo and a wispy head. Solid legs.
S - Aromas of...and I can't believe I'm writing this...but fried rice upon initial pour. I'm baffled here. As it warms some dank tropical notes come out, light pineapple along with nice guava. I do get a fair amount of vegative onion though as well.
T - Taste is thankfully no where near as weird as the nose. Big tropical notes here, like guava paste and musty passionfruit. Very little bit of citrus, good oranges. Very very solid tropical flavour here with thankfully none of the onion notes.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, medium bodied. Alcohol hidden very well.
O - Overall the taste on this was quite nice but that nose was just...ugh. Even while I'm drinking it now it still has an undertone of Chinese fried rice. Super bizarre.

Pours a beautiful opaque gold with a finger and half of creamy white foam that really stayed in place
Big sweet tropical nose....guava, passion fruit
Taste is very much a juice bomb, but adds a slight acidic citrus finish
Silky mouthfeel, lightly carbonated as expected for the style....very smooth no bitterness
Fantastic NEIPA offering from Offshoot....probably their best yet. Really a great showcase for single hop Mosaic
