Charlie features tropical fruit notes of melon, jackfruit, and pineapple with a floral and slightly grassy finish. We aimed for higher attenuation with this release to achieve a more dry and crisp mouthfeel. HOPS: Citra, Southern Passion, Simcoe, African Queen, Amarillo, and Centennial.

A- pours a hazy orange color with a one-finger foamy white head that has decent retention
S- citrusy hop aroma with an emphasis on mandarine orange, with both pithy and zesty notes, hint of grassy hops as well, clean underlying malt, classic west coast aroma
T- taste follows the nose; bold mandarine orange, pithy orange and zest, hint of grass. Slightly toasted malt undertone, the finish is more citrusy hops, lingers of mandarine orange
M- medium body and carbonation, foamy mouthfeel and crisp finish
O- classic west coast style IPA, a citrus bomb with great drinkability
