This hazy IPA was the result of countless testings, tastings, and trials. Ripe with aromas of tropical fruit and citrus - the pillowy soft mouthfeel lays the ground for a fruit forward, berry medley of haze. Underline that!

Beautiful beer, if you find hazy IPAs attractive. Opaque mango-colored body, topped by a sizeable flat-white head (~3 fingers, turbulent pour). Retention is good, lacing and bubbles are excellent. Body is opaque with no floaties.
Extremely herbal nose! Pine bark, cedar, mint, basil, pepper, parsley, oregano, grass, mild weed; it's a spice cabinet in a glass! Along with the herbal tones are notes of orange, mango, pineapple, lemon, and grapefruit. As it warms in the glass, the bright herbs recede somewhat, allowing more mellow tones of mango, papaya, and lemon to emerge a touch more.
Flavor profile is similar to the nose, with dry, bright herbs and spices maintaining dominance over grapefruit, orange, mango, papaya, pineapple, and lemon, along with a malt base that features honeyed cracker, wheat, and pale grains.
Fair amount of sting up front, but it's still smooth and creamy, carrying a body I'd almost expect from a DIPA, vice a 6.7% IPA. Mouth-filling. Kind of a dry spice finish. The wheat and oats feature prominently in the creamy feel.
