As much as I respect, read and even occasionally steal the opinions of Brother emerge077, I agree with rimbimhoot on this: this is much closer to a Wild than a saison. My big test is what goes better with most foods. Saisons are one of the most versatile styles for non-spicy foods. I had Harmonie with three creations from Bonci (pizza) , and Harmonie went OK. But its tartness will overpower subtle foods.
The lemon, the tartness, the white wine fragrance and tastes, even the hints of dairy... they are all there. I cannot add or subtract from my two brethren reviewers. But it is our obligation to keep the styles as tight defined as possible so they are meaningful. And Harmonie -- probably because of its grape tartness -- is no saison to me.
Overall, I give White Rooster lots of credit for this creation.

Hazy pastel golden orange, thin ring and spotty lacing. Initial hint of sulfur that blows off quickly. Minerally with a yogurt/wet grain smell of lacto and brett.
Some lemony acidity. Puckering lemon and tart white grape fruitiness, tannic oak lingers into the finish. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Nice oakiness, lemon vanilla custard. Overall it’s pretty nice though I prefer Elliptic to this one.
Label says "Saison farmhouse ale aged on Vidal Blanc grapes". A mixed fermentation saison is a *type of* saison, with origins pre-dating the homogenization of Belgian saison in the 20th century. If the brewery calls it a saison, then it is one. No personal subjective interpretation was made.

A: Pale yellow, no head, some floaties
S: Green grape, white wine, lemon, hint of yogurt, oak, peach
T: Medium-high acidity, oak, green grape, light sweetness, lemon
M: Light with medium carb
O: With the acidity level, it comes off more as an American Wild than a Saison. The sips that come off less acidic are where this beer really shines.
