Pete pedaled deep into the Sierras, dead set on a legendary expedition. Along the way he ran out of rations, and when he finally arrived at the brewery he wasn't the same dude, he was in a HAZE. He was babbling about discovering an oasis where Amarillo and Citra glowed pink in the Sierra sunset. Pete's Secret Stache... unchained, unfiltered and hazed out.

16 oz can from Toby. Pale straw colored pour, wispy head. Aroma is bready, light. Taste adds some citric elements, but not up to the normal Revision standard.

One of the Revision beers I'm yet to review, a rarity given that it is literally the closest brewery to my house. Could be because imho, it is a lesser hoppy beer for them.
Pours yellow, cloudy, hazy, but in a lighter way for style, 1/2" white head. The aroma wasn't all that aromatic for Revision (or Amarillo/Citra). The Amarillo hops smelled the biggest, a hearty amount of lemongrass and grapefruit to it. Just wasn't pulling the sweeter citrus that Citra can bring to the table.
Taste had a mixture of pale and crystal malt that gave off an interesting sawdust meets caramel feel. The hops keep pushing the grapefruit light pepper bitter sting. This comes off more like a hybrid ipa than a straight 100% hazy. More dry and bitter than it is hazy or juicy. A little hint of hop burn, goes with the territory here.
Didn't think this was all that, a below average (for Revision) hoppy offering. Don't think I've seen it since, maybe they felt the same way. I would prolly grade this slightly higher if it was affordable, but at $4 a can, you gotta score higher to bring me back.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on November 24, 2019. Hazy unfiltered New England style IPA brewed with Amarillo and Citra hops.

Thank you Knapp85 for sharing this can.
A - Light orange and gold with frothy white lacing.
S - Delicate citrus nose with light peppery fruit rind.
T - Delicate citrus that's a little vinous with nice lingering sweetness.
M - Thick, chewy, and dry on the back of the tongue.
O - Solid but not memorable.

This is a good beer. It's not a NE IPA.

Hazy dark golden color with a good head. Grapefruit, orange and spice smell. Aggressive hop forward taste, with pine, biscuit and caramel. On the bitter side for a NE IPA. A ton of flavor but I don’t know if it all works together. Not my favorite from Revision.

16 oz. Can
Canned On: 09/11/19
Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice cloudy yellow/orange color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, guava, mango, peach), pretty nice diesel like. The taste is pretty nice hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, guava, mango, peach), pretty nice diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty tasty brew. Orange Julius! Addictive! MilkShake! Nice to see it around here.

Can poured into a Russian River Brewing Co pub glass
A: Pours super hazy peachy golden orange amber with a frothy off white head that hangs around a while before settling to a firm layer and leaving some thick lacing.
S: Citrus, some tropical fruit, a touch of pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Juicy citrus, tangerine, orange, grapefruit, and lemon lime, tropical fruit, passion fruit, apricot, and peach, a touch of pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate,
O: Had to buy this one just for the name. Solid beer to go along with it.
