L: Two finger head, hazy straw colored body.
S: Sweet and juicy; mango, honeydew, apple, hints of citrus.
T: Follows the nose. Mango and melon followed by a few floral notes, then a bit of citrusy bitterness with grapefruit and orange.
F: Smooth, creamy, slightly dry finish.
O: Yup it's a solid nepa, nothing unexpected and nothing to complain about.

Type: 16-oz. can
Reviewed as: New England IPA
Glass: Clear hotel wine glass
Price: $22.99 for a 4-pack
From: Liquor World in Las Vegas, Nev.
Purchased: July 20, 2022
Consumed: July 21, 2022
Misc.: Caned on June 16, 2022

Got a 4-pack of this and a 6-pack of Bad Beat’s Hoppy Times on a recent work trip to Las Vegas. Had been wanting to dry this one so was excited to see it for the first time. Untappd description was “Building a bridge from Reno as Fuck, this is a single hazy IPA brewed with Mosaic, Galaxy and Vic Secret for a mixture of pineapple, melon and cannabis hop notes.” Gave a can a 4 the night before after writing “Full review another time. Outstanding for now.”

Poured a light golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Could see a few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Almost perfect spiderweb foamy lacing. World-class retention. (Sight - 4.50)

Galaxy and Vic Secret stood out on the nose with Mosaic in the back. Specifically got passion fruit, peach skin, melon, viney berry, green vegetable, bitter grapefruit find and pineapple. A little better out of the can. (Smell - 3.75)

Tasted about as good as the nose. In order got Vic Secret, Galaxy, melon, viney berry, green vegetable, peach skin, passion fruit, bitter grapefruit rind, pineapple, hints of Mosaic, black pepper, bubblegum and grass. (Taste - 3.75)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Long, bitter finish. (Feel - 4.00)

This one was pretty good. Underrated this overall as well. (Overall - 4.00)

hard not to be impressed with this one, its lighter than a lot of their other hazy ones, but in feel only, the hop flavor is bold, unique as these go, fresh as can be at the brewery this weekend, and just delicious overall. pale starchy looking yellow pour, short white head is all, but plenty bubbly. uniform haze not too dense. the nose is a touch catty, not surprised to learn there is mosaic in this, i get that from this hop a lot. pineapple too through, fresh sliced mango, new school sativa buds, crushed white wine grapes, meadow flowers in spring, and some waxy raw honey, really good on top of a simple dry cereal grain base, a little protein to this it seems bit lighter than many, clean ferment. the flavor is real similar, still a bit catty, i dont hate that even though i dislike actual cats, and there is a lot of fruit here too, skittles candy, tangerine, zested lemon, almost no bitterness at all, and a real juicy freshness, so easy to drink with so little body, i love it being almost delicate, a nice contrast to all the sturdy hazy ones they do, and the finish is clean and fast without hop burn, somewhat surprising for this level of hop boldness overall. fine carbonation, a pleasant aftertaste that features lime notes from the galaxy, and overall a real excellent beer, nice for the impending spring...

Canned 10/18/22

Appearance - Pours hazy and light orange in color. Half finger head dissipates in fair time, leaving a thin, broken layer of suds with a thin, consistent ring hugging the edge of the glass. Decent amount of lacing in patterns of broken webbing, broken lines and small spotting.

Smell - Ripe pineapple, lesser of orange. Hints of melon and papaya.

Taste - Pineapple hits the tongue first, then melon and papaya. Juicy orange emerges mid-taste, then a mild citrus pith in the finish and aftertaste.

Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair carbonation. Smooth, lightly creamy drinker before a semi-dry finish.

Overall - Tasty hazy. Perhaps right there with it's sister beer, Reno as Fuck. This may be a little juicier, but also more mellow.

It really is Vegas AF. Diverse muklti-pronged stream of inexplicable flavors that you just have to try. I don't know all about notes of this and notes of that. It's just kick a**.

On tap at the source- pours a murky pale yellow with short white head leaving scattered lacing. Nose is mostly citrusy with hints of sweet malt. Taste follows more or less with more tropical fruit. Finish is slightly citric. Not very memorable.

Pours a dark orange with a murky transparency. Head is two fingers of off-white foam. Aroma is dirty grapefruit, tangerine, and orange zest with earthy, nutty malts behind. It hits those malt notes pretty hard after the initial hops fade out. Flavor profile is nutty malts with grapefruit and tangerine hops to smooth it over. Some earthiness enters the mix sporadically. It leans into sweetness a little bit, but not a lot. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a chalky, mildly silty texture. Overall, chalky and dirty tasting thanks to the malts.

Served from a 16oz can. Reviewed from notes.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Hazy golden pour, one finger creamy white head. Hoppy aroma, lemon peel, grapefruit. Taste brings a mild dankness, citric hoppiness, pineapple, mildly dry. Not very notable.

Poured from a 16 ounce can into an IPA glass.

Look- Between pale and medium gold, fine visible particulate, frothy white head, above average head retention and lacing.

Smell- Pineapple, melon, mango, mandarin, slightly dank.

Taste- Melon, pineapple, peach, white grape, mandarin.

Feel- Full body, mild bitterness, creamy, soft, average carbonation, zero astringency.

Overall- Fantastic beer! Great flavor and bouquet. Absolutely zero astringency and herbaceous flavors that plague NEIPA’s.

Can poured into a Revision Brewing Co Willi Beecher glass

A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves plenty of thick lacing.

S: Tropical and stone fruit followed by a quick hit of Southern Hem diesel, underlying juicy citrus, a touch of pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.

T: Tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, mango, apricot, peach, and passion fruit, citrus, tangerine and lemon lime, a little Southern Hem diesel, a bit of bubble gum, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.

M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.

O: Yet again, I need to know how they keep getting names/labels like this approved!
As far as the beer itself goes, I dig it. Lots of flavor in a super crushable package. Would make a great pool party beer.
