Had this on tap at BeerNV after a day at Mt Rose. I think it was the last beer I had before I got my get on on.
Pours yellow/gold in the moderately hazy style. Good glow to it. The aroma is good, not huge, but enough to convince me there are both Mosaic and Citra hops doing the citrus and tropical fruit thing sans weed. I'd venture to guess that there is more Citra than Mosaic.

The taste is enjoyable, its kind of like a session ipa amount of hops with a double ipa amount of alcohol, that drinks like its closer to a session ipa. Mixed bag to say the least. But a bag that is all good with no off flavors. Manages to really hide the alcohol well, kind of an introductory level of Mosaic and Citra hops here, doesn't rake the eyes with bitterness or alcohol, keeps 'em in check.

Shit I need to book the room for March Madness. Thanks for the reminder.

Went to Bine & Vine specifically for this 4-pack and two Crooked Stave beers for Chad and Bill. Went with this because of the hops - Mosaic and Citra. Untappd calls it a “Hazy IPA double dry hopped w/ Mosaic & Citra.”

Poured a golden amber, basically bright orange color with 2-to-3 fingers of rocky white head. Could see streams of bubbles coming up from the sides of the glass at different speeds. Almost perfect foamy spiderweb lacing. Almost perfect retention. (Sight - 4.75)

Smelled big whiffs of floral, rose blossom, Mosaic, sugary Citra, berry, mango, tangerine and light grapefruit. More Citra than Mosaic from the can. (Smell - 4.00)

Tasted about as good as the nose. Was hoping for better initially. Got Mosaic, floral, rose blossom, berry, sugary Citra, mango, papaya, tangerine, hints of peppery spice, stone fruit and grapefruit. Did not taste quite 8.2 percent ABV. (Taste - 4.00)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Dry finish. (Feel - 4.25)

This was outstanding overall. Sheepishly was hoping for a bit more with Mosaic and Citra, but it was still really enjoyable. (Overall - 4.00)

Poured into a Stone flute glass. Pours a very hazy, nearly opaque orange amber with a half finger white head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus, tropical fruit and lightly dank hops, mixed tropical fruit, orange, dried light stone fruit, grapefruit. Finishes with citrus rind, dried tropical fruit and a pleasant herbal bitterness. Medium bodied with light cr amines. This is the profile of hazy IPA that I hope for. Full flavored tropical and citrus fruit character but with robust bittering that keeps my interest throughout the glass. Very nice and a good introduction to this brewery.
