16oz can served in a Nordic cooler. Pours the color and clarity of unfiltered honey with a fizzy, quarter inch, off-white head that quickly sizzles and pops as it disperses into a soapy band around the shoulders. Nose expresses notes of spices - allspice and anise. Taste consistent with nose; however, anise character is more amplified in the flavor profile. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with an assertive carbonation. Overall, flavorful and well-crafted. An underdone style for sure.
